    Can I use DOW 33????

Like it says can I use DOW 33 to lube the pistons on the F8? I ask because it is rated for use in the tank regulators. Any help is appreciated.

We only recommend white lithium grease.

Hey Tom, while I was eating and sending the last message, my shop compressor line blew out of the coupling and as far as I can tell the shoe box ran for 15 min with very low I comming air. The pistons felt warm but no more so than normal. The system did not leak when I re-aired it up. I had just greased it and it has an external fan (that I use for air cooling coil) blowing across it. It is pumping ok after restart.

My question is, what can happen from running it with no pressure to it, and what should I look for???

Nothing will happen without input pressure, not to worry.
