So every thing was working great tell I read a post about greaseing every 2 hours. After takeing apart the top and bottom cylinders and clean tons of grease out i still cant get over 2500 psi. no leaks that i can find( used soap and water ). Befor cleaning the grease would spary out in a fine mist when bleeding lines. Grease is lucas white lithium grease NLGI #2. I think the block is in need of a cleaning but I know better than to start taking things apart that have to be proper alinement.

thanks for your time
Paul

If you want to remove and clean the block then first use a pin to scribe around the base of it and scratch lines into the red housing on the bottom. This will allow you to line it up again when reassembling. Your back checks are probably not sealing right.
