Tom , i think it's time to come up with a better way to seal that hole off in the bottom of the billet block , that was used to drill the ports , this is the second time for mine to leak , time to get it welded up ! or something , or maybe something with threads would be better on second thought , since there might be a reason to get to those ports as time goes a long .

update - took the billet block out checked the oring nothing seamed to be wrong with it , so i cleaned every thing up , put it back together and it stoped leaking, so some how for some reason it leaked, maybe a tiny particle pressured its way in and made the leak , hard to say,

Hi DJH, By billet block, do you mean the airblock(#30)? if so I have same issue all of a sudden(blowing air out seam between block and chassis). Question, how hard is it to get to(remove all attached items)This sucks.
